QUESTIONS FOR DEBATE
Do we gamble too much? What would be a sign of dependence?
If you play the lottery, do you believe that you will win a big prize one day? Or do you play just as a habit or when you feel like it?
If you don’t play the lottery, do you think that it is a waste of money? You know, of course, that if you don’t buy a ticket, you have no chance of winning the jackpot…
Do lottery winners receive too much money?
If you won the lottery, would you go and live in a tax haven? Maybe buy an apartment in Monaco or a house in St Tropez? Or maybe just travel the world?
Do you play the lottery online?
In the UK, the company that manages the National Lottery uses the money to support charities and sponsor “good causes” – does FDJ do the same thing?
Does the FDJ company give psychological support to people when they win the jackpot?
